Pre Concert Rooftop Party

Do you know that feeling when you are getting ready for a concert but your band will step up several hours away and you simply don't know what to do with yourself by then? These three princesses are in the same situation, but luckily there is a rooftop party nearby so they will be able to kill time pleasantly before going to the concert.
